FAQs
What quantities do you make?
From single prototypes and first articles to low-volume batches and repeat production runs released against a blanket order.
Can you work from a sample instead of a drawing?
Yes. Our engineers can reverse-engineer a sample or worn part, produce drawings for your approval and then manufacture to them.
What tolerances can you hold?
General tolerances follow ISO 2768 unless your drawing states otherwise. Tighter tolerances on critical features are achieved by machining after fabrication.
Who manufactures the parts?
Parts are manufactured within the Ferrokshar Group, in production since 1997. Engineering, project management and on-site support are handled by our team in Toronto, ON.
Who do I deal with?
Our engineering team is your single point of contact, from quote to delivery and after-sales service.
